From the auction lane to a week after you drive off — here's exactly what happens to every car we sell, and every number we put in writing.
We buy at dealer auctions and from local sellers — one-owner, clean-history cars in the $10–25k range Miami actually drives. Before we bid, the history report gets pulled. After we buy, the car still has to pass inspection or it goes back to auction, at our loss, not yours.
Whatever the inspection flags gets fixed with new parts — then the fix list goes on file with the car. Every car also gets the same baseline service before it's photographed.
We price against actual local sales — usually 94–97% of market — and show you the range. If a car sits 21 days, the price drops — we don't hide that. The out-the-door worksheet (tax, tag, title, and our flat $499 dealer fee) comes with every car, so the desk visit is a signature, not a negotiation.
If we vetted it, we stand behind it. The 30-day warranty is free and automatic — it's on the buyer's order, not a handshake. Want longer? Extended plans are priced on a printed sheet, never pushed at the desk.
Whichever route you take, the worksheet shows the price, your real APR, the term, and the payment — nothing packed in. Bring your own bank's approval if you like; we'll work with it.
Title and tag handled in-house. A week after delivery you get a check-in call — anything rattling, anything unclear, we handle it. That's how a two-year-old dealership gets to 4.9 stars.
