Miami takes our word for it

Every review below is pulled from our public profiles, word for word. We respond to all of them — including the ones that sting.

"They showed me everything they fixed before I even asked — brakes, alignment, all of it on paper. Bought the Corolla the same day."

Marisol G. · Kendall · bought a 2019 Corolla SE

"The out-the-door number on the website matched the contract to the penny. First dealership that hasn't made me do math in the parking lot."

D. Thompson · Little Havana · bought a 2018 CR-V

"Me explicaron todo en español y el carro estaba impecable — hasta me dieron la lista de lo que arreglaron. 100% recomendados."

Carlos R. · Hialeah · bought a 2020 Forte

"Sold them my Civic. The offer beat CarMax by $750 and they explained exactly why. Paid same day, zero runaround."

Jean-Pierre L. · North Miami · sold a 2016 Civic

"Car was exactly as described. Only gripe: I came on a Saturday without an appointment and waited about 40 minutes for the test drive."

Alyssa M. · Doral · bought a 2019 Sportage

"Banks kept turning me down. They did in-house financing, honest terms, and my payments show up on my credit report. Four months in, score is up 60 points."

T. Baptiste · Miami Gardens · financed a 2017 Escape

"Compré mi RAV4 aquí. Sin presión, sin sorpresas en el precio, y me llamaron una semana después para ver si todo estaba bien. Así se hace."

Yolanda P. · Westchester · bought a 2016 RAV4

"A/C compressor acted up 3 weeks after purchase. Covered under their 30-day warranty, fixed in two days, loaner offered. That's how you keep a customer for life."

R. Delacruz · Coral Way · bought a 2018 Rogue

"First car for my daughter. They walked her through the inspection report like she was the buyer — because she was. Zero condescension, great little Fit."

M. Okafor · Pinecrest · bought a 2016 Fit
